Due to the fact that a customer who was preliminary diagnosed/confirmed with COVID-19/mandatory home quarantine recently concealed his/her condition before the delivery was arranged by HKRS, our driver had direct contact with the customer during the delivery. After the delivery, the security guard inform our driver the customer's condition. Although our driver has been thoroughly disinfected himself and tested for the virus immediately after the event, to ensure safety as much as possible, the behavior of the customer will indeed increase the risk of direct/indirect infection of the driver, staff, volunteers, customers and rabbits, and the consequences are disastrous.
We have been trying our best to protect the driver, staff, volunteers, customers and rabbits. We cannot accept the behavior of this customers. We urge all customers to maintain self-discipline.
In view of this, if the customer who is preliminary diagnosed/confirmed with COVID-19/mandatory home quarantine recently, who need to arrange for the delivery, please notify the staff before delivery, so that we can arrange the delivery of the products and place the products in front of the customer's door after the customer has completed the money transfer. this will be an only way can achieve a double-win situation.
If we find that any customer deliberately conceals his/her condition, we reserve the right to blacklist the customer. Please understand.
