SHOPPING PROCESS

Register member on this web site.
Place the order to Cart.
If the amount of the delivery order is under $300, please choose ‘other income’ for donation, until $300 in total (*$300 is the minimum amount of order for free delivery). If the donation is over $100, you can ask for donation receipt by sending us email (hkrabbit.org@gmail.com) for tax deduction use.
After the order is completed, the order is established and you will receive a notification email in your registered e-mail for notice you the order has been successfully ordered. Hong Kong Rabbit Society will call to confirm the order on scheduled delivery day. Delivery time will be depends on the situation at the time. If you cannot receive our calls within 7 working days after placing orders, please call us by phone 3580 0050.

Please noted that our delivery service will be arranged according to the schedule as below.
Normally we will contact the customer between 12:00-15:30 on scheduled delivery day (*We will contact the customer one working day before the delivery day for the special delivery arrangement on public holiday).Please remember to pay cash on delivery or do the money transfer process before our delivery for our convenience. Thank you. Or send us the payment receipt to our whatsapp 5500 3062 and ensure we know that we can place your order.

Customers shall allow us to access to the designated delivery location and ensure that a responsible person is at the delivery location provided to receive the order. If such a responsible person is not present at the time of delivery, customers hereby consent to us leaving the order at the delivery location they have nominated. The customer accepts responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on.
Free Shipping on all orders over HK$300. Delivery service is not available to outlying islands and overseas destinations. Extra transportation Charge HK$370 : Tung Chung, Lantau Island, Discovery Bay.
If there are no lift at the shipping address, logistics will need to charge $10 per stairs for extra transportation fee.
Delivery will be suspended if the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted.
We will not be responsible for any loss during delivery.

Exchange Policy

All products cannot be returned or exchanged. If your received item is damaged, please contact us for return or exchange authorization in 5 days by sending an email to contact hkrabbit.org@gmail.com and, meanwhile, attaching the corresponding invoice as well as description about the problem(s). You may also attach photo(s) which shows the problem(s).
Any damage or loss caused by man-made, we will have the right to refuse the exchange.
All return requests are subject to the final decision of Hong Kong Rabbit Society.
